Dr. David Sencer, Cyberounds® Public Health was originally moderated by Dr. David Sencer. Dr. Sencer served as the Director of the Center for Disease Control from 1966 until 1977. He was Senior Vice President for Medical and Scientific Affairs of Becton Dickinson and Company from 1977-1981 and became Commissioner of Health in New York City in 1982, serving four years in that capacity. He was a consultant for international health activities from 1986-93 and retired at that time. He passed away in 2011.
